In August, we've been covering all the most essential strategies to help your business go to the next level. Big accomplishments started with the first step, which in this case is: GOALS.

As the famous painter, Van Gogh used to say: "Great things are done by a series of small things brought together."

In this blog, we will highlight the peaks of our previous posts.

- SMART GOALS

- FEAR SETTING

- GROWTH HACKER

To start off, to get better results, you need to know what you would like to achieve. Think about planning your vacation trip; to know where and when you will arrive, you need to select a destination first. Otherwise, you would be travelling aimlessly.

There is no way you measure your results and plan your next steps strategically if you haven't planned your SMART goals before.

SMART goals stands for specific, measurable, aspirational, realistic, and time-bound.
S: What is the reason, purpose or benefit of accomplishing the goal?
M: How will you measure success?
A: What will the goal accomplish? Think about how you will accomplish it and why.
R: Is this the right time to be doing it?
T: What's the deadline? How long will the campaign run?
Defining a goal reveals what needs to be done, added or changed to get the best results.

Running in the same way, we have the super important strategy of having a checklist of your FEARS.

Fear setting is a three-step checklist of your fears, the probable results of action, and the lack of action. It is a strategy that will help you to overcome obstacles. It guides you in a way you can predict WHEN to make a much-needed decision about WHAT to do next. It pushes you, and subsequently, whether you are afraid of risking or not, you will take action towards the results (goals).
Let's go through the 3 crucial steps to creating your fear setting list:

• Define — What are the worst things that could happen?
• Prevent — How do I prevent each from happening?
• Repair — If the worst happens, how can I fix it?
